Your device must be carrier unlocked to use eSIM from GoConnect. If you purchased your phone through a carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.), contact them to unlock your device before purchasing an eSIM plan.
Some device models may have eSIM support only in certain regions. For example, iPhone 14 models sold in the USA have eSIM only (no physical SIM), while international models support both eSIM and physical SIM cards.
